As part of our Counseling Program at Christian Academy, it is our goal to provide resources to parents and staff on a variety of areas that impact our students. On Tuesday, August 29, from 6-7:30 p.m. we will be hosting Dr. Melisa Pope, a specialist in ADHD from Next Step 2MH (to Mental Health), to have a discussion on the topic and answer questions (click here for a printable flier). If you are someone who would like to know more about this diagnosis, strategies in helping your child/student with ADHD or potential treatment options, this would be beneficial for you! This talk is open to all Southwest Junior Academy through 8^th grade parents/guardians and staff. If you are planning to attend, please RSVP to this email by Tuesday morning so we can make sure to get enough materials. Light refreshments will be provided as well.
