Please join us for PTO meetings (open to all parents) scheduled the first Tuesday of each month (except for inservice days) at 6:30 p.m. in the library beginning September 2016 for the 2016-2017 school year.

A schedule and details regarding PTO events for the 2016-2017 school year are coming soon!

In the meant time, please prayerfully consider how you might be able to serve the Christian Academy of Louisville - Southwest Campus. Our job as members of the PTO is to serve and we want to share some service opportunities with you—we need your help! 

Volunteer Opportunities:
Morning Greeters (two parents each morning) are needed Monday-Friday, 7:40-8:10 a.m. to assist with morning carpool drop-off. The safe arrival of our students in the morning is a priority. Grabbing coats, backpacks, lunchboxes and projects while opening the door and watching the seat belt can be a handful for students. Please check your calendars and contact Shannon Wilson at (502) 447-6500.

Lunchroom Volunteers are needed Monday-Friday, 10:50-11:50 a.m. to assist with kindergarten and 1st grade lunch.  Please contact Kate Oechsli at (502) 447-6500.

If you would be available any day during the week for these half-hour service opportunities, we would greatly appreciate it!
