Parent Prayer Group
Join our prayer group of passionate parents who meet together each week to seek God’s heart for CAL Southwest as we pray into the lives of our children and school. The Parent Prayer Group meets on Mondays in the Media Center at 8:20 AM. “Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” – Mark 11:24
Change for Change Service Project Reminder
Don’t forget to bring your P.I.G. (Pray, Invest, Give) banks to school so you can donate your change in your classroom’s bucket. Each class will bring their bucket to the first Chapel of the month so we can keep a running total of the amount we have raised to help the Jackson family on the mission field. Be a part of something that will have an impact on sharing with people that have never heard the Gospel! Chapel collections will be February 1, March 7, April 4 and the final collection will be on May 2.
Middle School Girls Bible Study with Mrs. Carson Starts in February
All middle school girls are invited to join Mrs. Carson for a study of the book, The Purpose Driven Life. This eight-week study will begin on Thursday, Feb. 16, 3:15-4:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Please let Mrs. Carson know as soon as possible if your daughter would like to participate. Please note that all siblings of participants must be picked up at the normal dismissal time on meeting days.
