Boys Cross Country Secures Second Consecutive Sectional Championship

On October 7, the CAI Boys Cross Country Team earned their second consecutive Sectional Championship. In Indiana, Cross Country runs as one class, so the Warriors took on schools like Floyd Central, New Albany and Jeffersonville and came out with a commanding finish in first place. In fact, the first three runners to cross the finish line were all from CAI! With all three finishing together, they had to award places to each one and in the end, Skylar Stidam took the top spot, with Caleb Futter in second and Bryce Dunn in third. In fact, all five scoring runners for CAI finished in the top 11 spots. What an accomplishment! |
Alli Stumler Reaches Major Milestone

On September 5, in our game against Seymour, Alli Stumler tallied her 1,000th career dig, showing her ability to read the ball, defend against the opponents’ attacks and help put her team in the best place to score points. This Warrior not only plays a strong defensive game, but she is also well-known for her ability to find the open floor and put points on the scoreboard for her team. In fact, back on September 19, in our game against Lanesville, Alli met a major milestone not many volleyball players can claim when she reached 1,500 career kills! Both of these numbers continue to grow, and are sure to leave a mark on CAI Volleyball for many years to come. Congratulations Alli! We are proud to call you a Warrior! |
