Employees at Christian Academy School Sytem have the opportunity to impact the world for God’s glory. Whether an employee serves as a teacher, receptionist, administrator or cafeteria assistant, we all work together to support the overall mission of the school:

All employees at Christian Academy sign a statement of faith document, which maintains our desire to have strong Christian witnesses in all positions. As we interact with children and families continually, it is important that our culture be one of Christian hospitality, both inside the building and out, and that we model the behavior we teach and desire to see in students.
For 40 years, Christian Academy has provided a Christ-centered environment with students coming to know Jesus as their personal Savior, while offering strong academics, athletics, fine arts, missions and service opportunities and other extracurricular options, all weaved together through the lens of a Biblical worldview.
We have career opportunities available across the school system, in various departments and at all levels. We post all career openings and have a strong record of internal promotions. The most common annual openings are the following:
