2018-2019 Parent Survey

For parents of students new to Christian Academy

We know that there can be some challenges for any child starting a new school. That is why we want to be sure that we make this adjustment as easy and enjoyable for new families as possible.

Thank you for agreeing to spend a few minutes sharing your valuable insight on how well we helped welcome and acclimate you and your student to Christian Academy this year.

The feedback you provide from your experience is critical as we seek to serve our Savior, our families and our community in the most meaningful way.

Please complete one survey per family. If more than one of your children were new this year or if they were enrolled at more than one campus, rate your overall experience and use the comment box to share your comments about a specific campus or grade.
