  • CAL Golfers Grace Walker and Jared Davis Qualify for State!

    On September 27th, Grace Walker played in the Region 5 state golf qualifier held at Nevel Meade Golf Course in Oldham County. Despite cool and wet conditions, she played steady with a 41 on the front nine and a 39 on the back nine. Her score of 80 tied for 6th place out of 74 girls earning her a place as an individual in the state tournament.Jared Davis had a brilliant round with two eagles on the par 72 Nevel Meade course both coming in the last four holes of play.

  • CAL Alum Allie Grace Joyner Named MAC Player of the Week

    Allie Grace Joyner paced the RedHawk attack with a goal in each of the Miami wins this weekend, adding a key insurance goal in the win over MAC (Mid American Conference) foe Ball State, before scoring the game-tying goal in an eventual 2-1 win over Ohio State. She was the only Miami player to score in each game and is tied for the lead in goals scored this week by a MAC player.Allie is a sophomore at Miami of Ohio and is a 2017 CAL Graduate.

  • Maddie O'Dea Wins State Track Championship Title!

    After two straight Runner-up finishes in the 800 the last two years, Madalyn O'Dea, finally added her name to the elite group of CAL State Champs. But the win came in the 1600, rather than the 800. Maddie bided her time, as Highlands' Maria Broering roared out to a large lead for the first 3 laps.

  • CAL Alum Chad Meredith Signs with Detroit Lions!

    Congratulations to former CAL football standout Chad Meredith who signed with the Detroit Lions! Among numerous achievements on the football field for Southeast Missouri State, Meredith graduated in December with a degree in Corporate Communications. Chad is a 2013 CAL graduate.

  • CAL Student Athletes Sign to Play at College Level

    Congratulations to senior athletes, Caleb Anderson, Asher Benge, Lee Hagan, Miranda Newton, Madalyn O’Dea, Sloan Reding and Henry VanderToll all signed letters of intent on Wednesday to play at the collegiate level.The signing ceremony was opened in prayer by principal, Larry Wooldridge.
