    The Kentucky men's basketball team will take the John Calipari Satellite Camp Tour back on the road in June. This season's tour includes nine stops throughout the Bluegrass State.     CAL’s very own Claudia Thomas just returned from Cologne, Germany where she played field hockey for the U17 National Women’s Field Hockey Team in the Three Nations Tour at the Rot-Weiss Koln Tennis and Hockey Club.     CAL Athletics is pleased to welcome Cameron Pridemore as our new head girls’ basketball coach.Pridemore has coached basketball for 8 years and has been the head girls’ basketball coach at Tipton Rosemark Academy in Millington, TN for the last three years, where he also taught high school history.     The 2019 CAL Golf Classic will be held on Monday, May 13th at Persimmon Ridge Golf Club. Our annual golf classic has played a major fundraising role in the ongoing support of Christian Academy. Our golf classic proceeds benefit the CAL athletic department and all teams (KY campuses) towards equipment, facility improvements, uniforms, coaching development, and training needs.

  • CAL Football Welcomes Hunter Cantwell

    CAL Athletics announced the hire of head football coach, Hunter Cantwell.  Cantwell played quarterback for the University of Louisville from 2005-2008 and was later signed by the Carolina Panthers in 2009 and the Baltimore Ravens in 2010. In 2012, he became the quarterback coach at Campbellsville University for four seasons and was hired by Carroll County High School as head football coach in 2016.

    It was an exciting weekend for the Christian Academy Boys and Girls Swim Teams as they participated in the KHSAA State Swim Meet at the University of Louisville Natatorium. Combining to finish in the top-10, CAL was represented by eleven swimmers competing on relay teams and in individual events.
