Is there an application deadline for applying?

Christian Academy School System uses a rolling admissions model. Applications are accepted throughout the year for all campuses and all grade levels. Annually, on April 1 (or the closest business date), we begin accepting applications one-and-a-half years in advance of the school year of interest for all grade levels.

Is your school accredited?

Christian Academy of Louisville is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), Cognia, the Kentucky Non-Public School Commission and is certified by the State of Kentucky.

Christian Academy of Indiana is accredited by the Indiana Department of Education, the Association of Christian School International (ACSI) and Cognia.

What grade levels are offered at each campus?

Both our English Station and Indiana Campuses offer Junior Academy (Preschool) through 12th Grade.

What are the start and end times for the school day at all campuses?

English Station Campus

Elementary School (Kindergarten-5th Grades) | 7:50 a.m. – 2:50 p.m.
Middle and High School (6th-12th Grades) | 8:10 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.

Indiana Campus

Elementary School (Kindergarten-5th Grades) | 8 a.m. – 2:40 p.m.
Middle and High School (6th-12th Grades) | 8:15 a.m. – 3:05 p.m.

Are there before and after-school programs available?

Yes, although programs vary by campus. Please contact the Christian Academy Business Office at (502) 244-3225 for more information.

What is the typical number of students in each class?

The average number of students per class varies by campus and by grade level.

On average, kindergarten typically has 16 students per class.

First-5th grade classrooms typically have class sizes ranging from 19–23 students.

Middle school and high school classes range in size from 20-23 students, on average.

Do students wear uniforms?

Yes, our kindergarten through 12th grade students wear uniforms, although the dress code and uniform vendors vary according to grade level. Our Junior Academy students do not wear uniforms. For more information about the dress code for your school and campus of interest, please ask an Admissions Coordinator.

Do you have a parent organization?

Each campus has an active PTO. Parent volunteers are very much appreciated in our school system.

Does your Indiana Campus participate in the Indiana School Choice Scholarship program?

Do you have support for students with learning difficulties?
