We hope this email finds you safe at home. This year has already proven to be a year full of change. But just like you, I trust in the One who created us from dust, the One who chose to love us just as we are and the One who is in control of everything. While these days can be confusing, our God is faithful, unchanging and desires a relationship with us. Please let me know how I can pray for you and your family, it would be my pleasure.

As we look forward, we are thankful that you partnered with us for your child’s Christian education. We want you to be aware that the applications for the 2021 – 2022 school year are available now should you have children who are not currently students at Christian Academy.

To access and submit an application, please click here to go to the Admissions page of the Christian Academy School System website. Once on this page, please click the Submit an Application button on the right side. The following page will provide step-by-step instructions on how to submit an application online. We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible to allow for timely file preparation and admissions processing. The Admissions Department will review all applications for junior academy – 12^th grades at the point of submission and contact you for additional information, if needed. In the fall of 2020 church references for students entering kindergarten – 12^th grade and teacher references for students entering 1^st grade – 12^th grade will be requested according to the reference information you provide on the application. After the first grading period of the 2020 – 2021 school year, please submit a current grade report for your student. Students applying for grades 6 – 12 will be contacted and scheduled for pre-admissions testing in December 2020. Pre-admissions testing for students applying for grades kindergarten – 5 will be scheduled for January 2020. Beginning March 16, all four Christian Academy campuses will be teaching using remote e-learning and other practices, enabling our kindergarten-12th grade students to continue their education during this time.

As a precaution for the COVID-19 virus, all campuses will continue to operate while our students continue all their classes and assignments from home.

Teachers will be sending home assignments either through materials or electronically. Teachers, counselors and principals can be reached by email throughout the day. Junior Academy classes will also be closed beginning Monday, March 23. Parents and students should watch for updates from teachers and principals, as well as the curriculum and technology staff. These will provide additional details and specific contact and appointment-setting instructions.

Kentucky campuses are currently underway. Christian Academy of Indiana will begin following their spring break.

Happy New Year! We have much to be thankful for, from the celebration of Christ's birth, the start of a new year and the gift of partnership with your family through the Christian education of your children. 

The start of a new year initiates our reenrollment process. Children who currently attend Christian Academy, Junior Academy through 11th grades (with the exception of JA-4 entering Kindergarten), who will be returning for next school year must reenroll in January. The reenrollment deadline for the 2020-2021 school year is January 21, 2020. Reenrolling by this deadline is very important as we work to ensure placement of all current families, balance class sizes appropriately and begin placement of new families seeking to enroll their children at Christian Academy.

To begin the reenrollment process, simply follow the instructions below.

1. Click here to log in to your FACTS/ParentsWeb (formerly RenWeb) account.
2. Click on the Apply/Enroll link on the left.
3. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link. If the page does not open in a new window select your browser’s option to allow the pop-up. Click here for examples. 
4. Click Start Enrollment Packet to complete the Enrollment Agreement.
5. Please be sure to review and submit the enrollment form for each student in your family.

Your reenrollment fee(s) will be automatically deducted through your FACTS agreement on February 14, in addition to any regularly scheduled payments you may have. For us the birth of Jesus changes everything. As John wrote, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14 ESV). It is this Jesus we want your children to know intimately prior to graduation. We thank you for your trust and continued partnership as we work diligently to ensure every child at Christian Academy is supported unconditionally in a grace-filled environment and develops according to God’s will to impact the world for His glory and Kingdom.

We are honored that you are a part of the Christian Academy family and we want to continue to serve your family well. Your currently enrolled students will receive instructions regarding reenrollment for the 2020-2021 school year in early January 2020. Additionally, we would like to remind you that if you have a child in your family that is not currently enrolled and will be a new incoming student at Christian Academy for the 2020-2021 school year please submit an online 2020-2021 application as soon as possible. It is always our desire to give siblings of current students priority consideration and now is the time to submit your application for the upcoming school year. If you have already submitted an application, we are thankful you desire to continue our partnership! Also, if your child is currently in our Junior Academy PK4, it is time to submit an application for kindergarten. 

Admissions testing for new students who have applied to enter grades 6-12 for the 2020-2021 school year is currently being scheduled. Upon receiving your application, we will contact you to confirm a testing date for your child. Admissions testing for students who have applied to enter kindergarten and grades 1–5 for the 2020-2021 school year will be in January. There will be an additional admissions testing date for students entering grades 6-12 in January as well. We will send scheduling information for January admissions testing dates in early January. Admissions testing is not required to enter our Junior Academy.

We are thankful to already have many new applications on file for the 2020-2021 school year, so it is important for you to move forward with submitting your application if you have a child in your family that is not currently enrolled and attending Christian Academy.
