Spring

Langley, Kentucky
CrossRoads Missions Appalachia desires to partner with area ministries and organizations to improve the standard of living, raise expectations and find hope in the grace of Christ for families in Eastern Kentucky. We hope to do this with opportunities to build relationships with community members by developing and implementing community activities and assisting in home repairs.

This trip is open to all eighth grade students. The cost for this trip is around $350.

Honduras
The chief purpose of the Honduras mission trip is evangelism and service as we join our ministry partner in La Paz, Honduras. The specific work done will vary depending on the skill set of our team as well as the needs expressed by the church and in the community.  In the past we have spoken to groups of children in schools, served children in orphanages, led evangelism events at the police academy, delivered food to homeless people and participated in worship with the church.

This trip is open to all high school students. The cost for this trip is around $1,900.

Summer

Lynch, KY 
This trip to Lynch, KY will partner with Meridzo Ministries to serve the people of the Appalachian region of Eastern Kentucky.  The goal of Meridzo Center is simply “Help People and Share Jesus.” They do this through their various ministries. Each one serves as an avenue to meet people where they are, help them and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

This trip is open to all high school students. The cost for this trip is around $450.

Poland 
The Poland mission team will be involved in evangelism and service. We stay at a Christian camp where we will minister to campers (approx. ages 7-13) in various ways, including sports, clubs, workshops, cabin groups, crafts, etc… We will also serve by performing cafeteria clean-up following each meal. In addition, we plan on visiting Auschwitz (Historic WW II concentration camp) and other historical sites.

This trip is open to all high school students, including those who have completed eighth grade and will be entering high school at the end of the summer. The cost for this trip is around $2,950.

Alaska
On our trip to Alaska, our Visual and Performing Art students will get the opportunity to use their God given talents to bring the light of Jesus to Homer, Alaska. Our excellent music students will lead worship, play music on the famous Homer Spit boardwalk and use their talents to help lead VBS activities with the local children. Our talented art students will use their creativity to design and hand-paint stunning murals and canvases that celebrate the beauty of nature and reflect the work of God. 

This trip is open to all high school Visual Art Track students ONLY. The cost for this trip is around $2,250.
