While your kids are soaking up the summer fun, we’re getting excited about welcoming them to the Christian Academy family this fall! To help them feel right at home from day one, we’re hosting a special get-together just for new students to meet current students.

This is a laid-back, fun event where your student can meet new friends, hang out with current CAI students, play games and grab some tasty snacks from the Depot Café. It’s the perfect way to break the ice before school starts!

CAI Kindergarten and New Elementary, You’re invited!
Happy summertime! We are already preparing for your children to enter the 2026-2027 school year as successful little Christian Academy Warriors! One of the ways we want to do that is by allowing you and your child the opportunity to acclimate to their new campus. So, if you are brand new to CAI elementary or entering kindergarten, we consider you “NEW!” And that means you’re invited to our summertime Popsicles on the Playground!
Here’s what you need to know:
At each of these events, we’ll be there to welcome you right inside the elementary playground gate. For parking, let’s get some “official” practice on how to enter and exit the campus.
As you arrive on campus, if you are entering off Grant Line Road, simply continue up the drive. You will see the elementary school on your left but do not turn in. You will drive all the way around the entire building, past the new middle school on your left, past the back of the school where there is the large “commons” lot, up the drive with the high school entrance on your left and finally arriving at the elementary school. Please pull over to the right into the elementary lot and park. If you are arriving on campus through the “new” entrance, be sure to turn right and drive past the high school entrance on your left and pull over into parking across from the elementary entrance. To get to the playground, follow the sidewalk lined with PINWHEELS and you won’t miss us!

A Stronger Community Together
What a wonderful inaugural Christian Academy of Indiana Business Networking Group!
One of the greatest gifts of the Warrior community is that our relationships don’t end at graduation. As alumni, parents, grandparents, faculty, staff and friends, we are connected through a shared mission and a shared commitment to honoring God in our work.
At this event, we celebrated the incredible God-given gifts, talents and businesses represented throughout our CAI family. From entrepreneurs and business owners to professionals serving in every industry, it was inspiring to see our community come together to encourage one another, build relationships, share resources and support each other’s success.
At Christian Academy, we have always believed that God equips each person with unique talents to make an impact in the world. This networking group is an opportunity to continue strengthening those connections while supporting the businesses and ministries that are making a difference throughout our community.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make our first gathering such a success. We are excited to see how God will use these relationships to bless our Warrior community for years to come.

What’s It Like to Join Christian Academy in High School?
Have you ever wondered what it might be like to transition to Christian Academy as an older student? We’d love to help answer that by sharing senior Claire Trask’s story with you.
Rather than graduating early as a junior from her previous school, Claire chose to continue her high school journey at Christian Academy of Indiana. Although she has only been a part of our school family for two years, she has fully immersed herself through involvement in girls golf, tennis and mission trips to Honduras.

Warriors, Join Us for our First Networking Event!
We are excited to invite the Warrior community to the launch of the very first CAI Warrior Business Networking Group on Thursday, June 4 at 9 a.m. at Christian Academy of Indiana. This first gathering is free and open to everyone in the CAI community who would like to connect, build relationships and support one another.
This new group is being created to bring together CAI alumni, alumni parents, current parents, grandparents, local business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals who share a heart for Christian Academy and a desire to build meaningful connections.
Our hope is simple – to create a space where business leaders within the CAI community can meet one another, build relationships, support each other’s work and strengthen the mission of Christian Academy of Indiana.
At this first gathering, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other business owners and professionals, hear the vision for this new networking group and learn how you can be part of what God is doing in and through the CAI community.
Whether you own a business, lead a team, work in a professional field or simply want to support Christian education and connect with others in the Warrior family, we would love for you to join us.

Christian Academy Applications Available for the 2027-2028 School Year
We are very pleased that you, our current families, are partnering with us for your child’s Christian education. We want you to be aware that the applications for the 2027-2028 school year are available now should you have children who are entering kindergarten, junior academy or are not currently enrolled students at Christian Academy.
To access and submit an application, please click here and log in with your FACTS Family Portal account username/password. We encourage you to submit your application as early as possible to allow for timely file preparation as well as place your child on the list for available space.
The Admissions Department will review all applications for junior academy-12th grades at the point of submission and contact you for additional information if needed. In the fall of 2026, church references for students entering kindergarten-12th grades and teacher references for students entering 1st-12th grades will be requested according to the reference information you provide on the application. Please submit a current grade report for your student at the end of December 2026 if applicable. Students applying for grades 1st-12th will be contacted and scheduled for preadmissions testing starting in December 2026. Preadmissions testing for students applying for kindergarten will be scheduled in January 2027.

Christian Academy of Indiana Middle School Chromebook Return Process 2026
As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, the Technology Department will collect all CAI Middle School Chromebooks in middle school 216 on scheduled dates. Devices will be checked for any damage at that time.
Please ask your student to check their Chromebook for damage (including screen or keyboard issues). Any damaged devices can be brought to the high school Media Center prior to May 15, for discounted fees. Devices brought during the collection period will incur a minimum $70 fee.

A $70 – $240 deductible is required for any damage at the time of return. - Condition:
- Remove all personal stickers or a $30 fee will apply.

Christian Academy of Indiana High School Chromebook Return Process 2026
As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, the Technology Department will collect devices only from seniors and students not returning for the 2026–2027 school year. Rising freshmen, sophomores and juniors will keep their Chromebooks and chargers over the summer.
Return Deadline:
All seniors must return their Chromebook and charger by May 22. All non-returning underclassmen must return their Chromebook and charger by May 28. Failure to return issued equipment will result in a non-refundable $240 charge applied through FACTS.
Collection Process:
Device collection for seniors will take place in the high school Media Center prior to graduation. Non-returning underclassmen may return to the high school Media Center prior to finals or to middle school 216 after May 22.

- Seniors: May 15-22 High School Media Center
- Non-Returning Students (Grades 9–11): May 15-22 High School Media Center; May 26-28 (Finals Week) Middle School 216

Christian Academy of Indiana Middle School Textbook Return Process 2026 – Deadline May 29
Another year is “in the books!” Thank you for allowing us to partner with you in educating and loving your children. It is time to wrap up courses and that means the return of textbooks.
You and your student will receive weekly informational emails from the Media Center in May. This email will list:
- All library books currently checked out
- Outstanding fines (incurred during the year for copies, late books, lost books, etc.)
- Textbooks and Chromebooks currently checked out to them
- Barcode numbers for each item – Please use this email to ensure the barcodes we show match the barcodes you have (located on the book’s front cover).
Textbooks are collected during the last week of school. Please remove all papers and book covers before returning. Your student’s teacher will schedule a time for the Media Center staff to check all books.
Students MUST return the textbook assigned at the beginning of the year. Any item checked out that is not returned by May 29, will incur a non-refundable fee equal to the total of the item(s) not returned and fines not paid, even if the items are returned after this date. This fee will appear on FACTS and trigger grades and transcripts to be held until the balance is paid.
Please review these important return guidelines:
- Damaged Textbooks:
If a textbook is returned with damage (torn pages, water damage, etc.), your FACTS account will be charged for a replacement. Please do notpurchase a replacement through Amazon – we use specific editions and bindings available at discounted rates. - Lost Textbooks:
Each student must return the exact textbook assigned to them, identified by a barcode. You will be charged the replacement cost if the textbook is missing or the barcode doesn’t match. All books must be returned or paid for by May 29, to avoid a hold on academic records. - Clean Condition:
Please remove all papers, bookmarks and covers before returning your textbooks.
