Tuition Assistance Reminder for the 2025-2026 School Year
Happy New Year! The Tuition Assistance application for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Families must submit an application each school year in order to receive a Choice Scholarship and/or tuition assistance through the school. You may go to our website at caschools.us/tuition-
New this year! For families who would like to apply for the Choice Scholarship only (not need-based tuition assistance), we have a simplified application now open. Please click here for the Choice-Only application.
FACTS Grant and Aid assesses a $40 non-refundable fee to process either application. Please note that your 2024 tax return and W2s are required for your application to be complete.
The deadline for submission of your application with ALL required documents for all families interested in Choice and/or tuition assistance is March 14, 2025 to have any qualifying assistance applied to your first tuition payment in June. For applications and documents that are submitted after the deadline of March 14, 2025, families should be prepared to make a full tuition payment in June. We understand this deadline will require families to complete their 2024 tax returns earlier than usual and want to bring this to your attention.
All tuition payments for the 2025-2026 school year begin in June for grades K-12. Tuition payments will only be adjusted to reflect a qualifying Choice Scholarship and/or a tuition assistance award once the FACTS Grant and Aid application is complete and the Choice Scholarship paperwork has been signed.

Christian Academy Continuous Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year
Happy New Year Christian Academy families! We have much to be thankful for this year, from the celebration of Christ’s birth, the start of a new year and the gift of partnership with your family through the Christian education of your children.
Our school system offers Continuous Enrollment to all of our current students with the exception of our current Junior Academy 4-year-olds. Your child will remain enrolled until graduation if they are a current K-11 student. Also, your child will remain enrolled for the Junior Academy 4-year-old program if they are a current Junior Academy 3-year-old. Current Junior Academy 4-year-old students will need to apply for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year in order to continue enrollment.

The only action you need to take is if you choose to withdraw your child’s enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. If you choose to withdraw you will need to complete the Withdrawal Form that is located in your Web Forms in FACTS Family Portal. If completed by the withdrawal date, the Business Office will not charge the Continuous Enrollment Fee to your account and will terminate your Continuous Enrollment Agreement at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. If you withdraw and at some point wish to return you will need to contact our Admissions Office to see if space is available and for next steps.
The Continuous Enrollment withdrawal deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is January 15, 2025. After this date, the Business Office will begin finalizing your 2025-2026 FACTS Tuition Agreement. (Monthly payers will be assessed the $50 FACTS Enrollment Fee.)
All returning families will be charged the non-refundable Continuous Enrollment Fee (per student) which will be automatically deducted through FACTS on February 28, 2025 in addition to any regularly scheduled payments.

Christian Academy School System Spring 2025 Career Fair, March 13
Christian Academy School System is hosting a Career Fair for the Kentuckiana area. Other Christian schools and local businesses in the Southern Indiana and Louisville region will also be joining us. This event will give applicants a chance to meet us while establishing professional relationships and discussing potential career opportunities for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This event is also dedicated to helping candidates engage in dialogue to encourage future thinking.

2024-2025 Board of Directors Nominations
The Christian Academy School System Board of Directors invites you, Christian Academy families, to submit nomination forms for potential Board members who may be called to serve on the Board. As parents of Christian Academy students, you have the regular, personal contact with other parents that allows you to identify those whose hearts are committed to the purpose of Christian education and who may be inclined to serve in this capacity.
The Committee would like to remind you to obtain approval from the individual before submitting their name as a potential Board member. This will help avoid nominating someone who may not have the time or inclination to serve.
Please review the nomination requirements on the nomination form below and prayerfully consider those parents you’ve come to know over the past few years.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 10, 2025.
