2022 CAL Athletics Spring Sports Registration
Now is the time to start planning for the 2022 spring sports season! CAL Athletics strongly encourages all of our student-athletes to participate in multiple sports throughout the school year. Tryout, practice times and dates will be sent after registration.
Elementary intramural registration will be sent out in a separate email at a later date.

After registering online, the only item that you will have to mail in or bring by the athletic office is a hard copy of the completed KHSAA Sports Physical Form (click for Middle School or High School) if you do not already have a current copy on file. Your child may not practice or tryout until the online registration is complete and the physical is turned in to the athletic office. The online registration will place your child on the coach’s official roster.

Click Web Forms | 2021-22 ES Spring Registration
Open and complete the registration form for each child you wish to register.
Sign the form and click SAVE and then you should receive the following “Web Form Saved.”
Go Back to Web Forms and Click 2021-2022 CAL Athletic COVID Waiver | Sign, Date and Submit Form.
The online registration process has been designed to be quick and easy.

- If you have any questions about our athletics programs, please call the athletic office at (502) 244-3225.
Remember: A current KHSAA Sports Physical Form (click for Middle School or High School) must be submitted to the Athletic Director. You will be invoiced for the athletic fees (High School-$250 / Middle School-$200) and team fees (TBD) at a later date.

Kentucky Needs Your Help – Please Join Us!
Friday night’s storms have presented us, as a Christian family, the opportunity to intervene much like Jesus would in the lives of others who are suffering.

Join Us in Fighting Hunger – Support the Bank Street Food Bank and Families in Appalachia during our Canned Food Drive
Please consider partnering with the PTO to stop hunger in our community. We are collecting canned food items to support families at the Bank Street Food Bank and in Appalachia.
Food prices are soaring and many of the food banks are struggling to support families needing assistance. We are hoping to collect enough canned food items to support families for the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
Please consider donating canned vegetables, fruits, beans, soups and meats. Bins are available outside each of the elementary, middle and high school offices. We will collect canned food items through Monday, November 22.
You can also donate online here if it is more convenient and we will purchase items for you.
We appreciate your support to help families in our community.

CAL Families – Join Us at Centurion Stadium for the Third Round of the KHSAA 3A State Playoffs, November 19, vs. Paducah Tilghman at 7:30 p.m. Gates Open at 6 p.m.
Get your Game Day Ticket Early Online Here or Purchase it in the Armory Friday Night from 2:30-7 p.m. General Admission is $10. Ages 10 and Under are Free.
NOTE: Due to KHSAA Regulations for Post Season Games, NO Athletic Passes (including student athletics passes) will be Accepted at the Gate.
