Christian Academy Foundations Workshops for New/First Year Families
Welcome to Christian Academy!
We trust your start of school went well and your introduction to your campus was positive.
Not only may our school system be new to you but Christian education as a whole. In order to clarify our mission and vital family/school partnership, we are offering a workshop called Christian Academy Foundations. This will intimately acquaint you with who we are, our philosophies and our deep hope for your child. We believe you will find this time informative, helpful and encouraging as we move forward together in the education and spiritual formation of your child.
We ask that at least one parent/guardian attend but we’d love for anyone else to come who has influence with or investment in your child (i.e. grandparents, step-parents, aunts/uncles, etc.). The same workshop will be offered four times. You can attend whichever session works best with your schedule.

The campus Armory will be open for you and, as a thank you for your attendance, will be offering a discount.
Please see the following regarding parking and entering the buildings.
Indiana Campus Morning Session – Please park in the elementary school lot and enter through the elementary school doors. Morning session attendees will stop at the desk to check in with a valid driver’s license or ID.
Indiana Campus Evening Session – Please park in the high school lot (by the portables) and enter through the high school main doors.
English Station Morning Session – Please park in the main front visitor lot on the left when facing the school from the main drive. Enter through the main entrance. Morning session attendees will stop at the desk to check in with a valid driver’s license or ID.
English Station Evening Session – Please park on the high school side of the building and enter through the media center doors by the Armory.

The Centurion Armory is open this week from 2:30-4 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, through Thursday, August 21, with special hours Friday, August 22, from 2:30-7 p.m. ahead of the first home varsity football game.
Shop and purchase tickets, no additional fees; $10 and 10 and under are free!

Alumni – Join Us for Homecoming 2025 Friday, September 19, as the CAL Centurions take on Central Hardin. Enjoy a complimentary dinner at 6 p.m., alumni only swag and complimentary admission for you and your family to the game kicking off at 7:30 p.m.

New to CAL Families – Two Opportunities for You!
New to CAL Families –
Now that you’ve received your “official” back-to-school email and know when to visit campus, we’d like to invite you to a couple of very special gatherings after school is underway!
First, join us at Simply Thai on August 15, right after morning school drop off for Coffee Convos – a time to enjoy a light breakfast, coffee and hear from our Development Director Danielle Gleitz, creator of our Grandparent Clubs, Alumni Councils and so much more. We’ll be watching for you so just drive on over after you drop your child off for school. Please RSVP Here.
Second, don’t miss our New Family Tailgate, always a favorite event of our new families! If you have a child new to CAL or a kindergartener, you are considered “new” and we hope you will choose to join us. We’ll be gathering before the August 22, Centurion home football game. Bring your folding chairs, your family, a hungry belly and we’ll bring the fun! You don’t have to attend the game but we’ll have free tickets for you and your family if you choose to attend!

When: August 22, beginning at 6 p.m. until kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
Where: The Great Lawn (grassy area in front of the main entrance)

When you arrive, please stop at our registration tent first to receive your FREE TICKETS TO THE GAME for your family and your fun-sized CAL football or pom-pom! Next, swing through the JAGGERS food tent to grab some delicious bites, then find a spot to set up your chairs next to other families and be sure to take advantage of all the fun and games our PTO will be bringing. We hope to see the band marching through and have a visit from the varsity cheerleaders too. We’re excited to help you on your way to becoming a true red and blue Centurion Fan!
