Reenrollment for the 2018-2019 School Year is Now Open; Deadline is January 19

We are very thankful that you have chosen to give us the gift of partnership with you in the Christian education of your children.

Every child who currently attends Christian Academy, junior academy through 11th grades, and will be returning for next school year must reenroll in January. The reenrollment deadline for the 2018-2019 school year is January 19, 2018. Reenrolling by this deadline is very important as we work to ensure placement of all current families, balance class sizes appropriately and begin placement of new families seeking to enroll their children at Christian Academy.

Please visit the Christian Academy website to view the 2018-2019 Tuition Schedules and/or to learn more about Tuition Assistance.

To begin the reenrollment process, simply follow the instructions below.

  1. Click here to login to your RenWeb ParentsWeb account.
  2. Click on the Family Information button on the left.
  3. Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
  4. Click Start Enrollment Packet to complete the Enrollment Agreement.
  5. Please be sure to review and submit the enrollment form for each student in your family.

Your reenrollment fee(s) will be automatically deducted through your FACTS agreement on February 15, in addition to any regularly scheduled payments you may have. Should you have financial questions, please contact the Business Office at (502) 244-3225 or reenrollment@caschools.us. If you experience challenges relating to RenWeb, please email support@caschools.us. We are happy to assist you with your questions.

For us the birth of Jesus changes everything. As John wrote, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us…” (John 1:14 ESV). It is this Jesus we want your children to know intimately prior to graduation. We thank you for your trust and continued partnership as we work diligently to ensure every child at Christian Academy is supported unconditionally in a grace-filled environment and develops according to God’s will to impact the world for His glory and Kingdom.

Don't Miss our Scholastic Book Fair, November 30 – December 15!

The entire school is excited about our Scholastic Book Fair that will arrive after Thanksgiving in our elementary library. Scholastic offers a wonderful assortment of books, posters, fun activities and supplies for all ages – preschool to adult. Many books cost less than $5!

We will be open school days from 8 a.m. ‐ 4 p.m., November 30 – December 15.

Additionally, we will have some days that we will be open extended hours:

  • November 30, until 6 p.m.
  • December 7, until 6 p.m.
  • December 12 and 13 – We will have extra morning staffing to accommodate those attending the Junior Academy Christmas programs.
  • December 14, until 8:30 p.m. to accommodate students who stay late, or the families attending the kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades Christmas programs.

Mark your calendars for our family events where the entire family can join in the fun. Clifford the Big Red Dog will join us for picture opportunities.

Teachers will choose books they’d like for their classroom library if you would like to donate books in your child’s name.

You may also put your cash or change in our "All for Books" bins so we may purchase books for children in need. Scholastic matches the funds collected. The Book Fair is a great way to  get everyone excited about reading while providing a generous fund raiser for our libraries.

Watch for more information about special days and events during the Book Fair.

Please contact Mrs. Marilyn Hock at mhock@caschools.us for more information or to volunteer. Volunteers may earn a $5 gift certificate to the fair.

We’re looking forward to seeing all of our friends & families at this fun event!
