NEW! Educating for Eternity Podcast Episode – Fighting Student Meanness
We often hear the phrase “Kids are mean!” when we talk to parents. Unfortunately, this is often true no matter where you are. Our job as Christian educators and parents is to help our children see how important it is to treat everyone in a way that glorifies God. Kindness is often contagious! Join Aleshia, Scott and Kevin as they talk about how the way students treat each other affects what happens in the classroom.

Superintendent, Darin Long, and Director of Providence School, Mindy Crawford, Participate in the School Choice Rally at the Capitol in Frankfort!
Mrs. Crawford spoke about our Providence School and how allowing parents to have access to educational tax funds would help parents make specific choices for their children when looking for schools.
The event was designed to raise positive statewide awareness of creating diverse education options for families across Kentucky! If you would like more information or get involved please visit edchoiceky.com.

Christian Academy Continuous Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year
Last year we began the process of Continuous Enrollment for our students. Each family completed a Continuous Enrollment Agreement for the 2022-2023 school year; therefore, current K-11 students will remain enrolled until graduation and current Junior Academy 3-year-old students will remain enrolled for the Junior Academy 4-year-old program.
Please click here to watch a short video and click here for FAQs about Continuous Enrollment.
Please visit the Christian Academy website to view the 2023-2024 Tuition Schedules and/or to learn more about Tuition Assistance.
The only action you need to take is if you choose to withdraw your enrollment for 2023-2024 school year. You will need to complete the ‘Withdrawal Form’ that is located in your Web Forms in FACTS Family Portal. If completed by the withdrawal date, the Business Office will not charge the Continuous Enrollment Fee to your account and will terminate the Continuous Enrollment Agreement.
The Continuous Enrollment withdrawal deadline for the 2023-2024 school year is January 13, 2023. As listed on the tuition schedule, a non-refundable Continuous Enrollment Fee (per student) will be automatically deducted through FACTS on February 10, 2023 in addition to any regularly scheduled payments.
Should you have financial questions, please contact the Business Office at (502) 244-3225 or [email protected].
As we look to a new year our deepest hope is for your children to have a relationship with Jesus Christ and to develop their heart for God and help them grow in wisdom, stature and in favor with God and men. We thank you for your trust and continued partnership as we work diligently to ensure every child at Christian Academy is supported unconditionally in a grace-filled environment and develops according to God’s will to impact the world for His glory and Kingdom.

Impacting Students through the SGO Scholarship
It is hard to believe that we are in the Christmas season, getting ready to say goodbye to 2022 and to give a cheerful welcome to 2023! What an incredible year we have had at Christian Academy! We are so grateful for all the Lord’s blessings.
We can’t think of a better way to impact the life of a child than by providing access to an education at CAI, and we don’t know of a more advantageous way to give than through our SGO fund at the Sagamore Institute. When you give to the SGO fund you help a family in need and get a 50% Indiana state income tax credit. If you are interested in giving this year and taking advantage of the 2022 tax credit, the time to act is now.
The SGO is so impactful! What people may not know is if someone gets an SGO scholarship they transition into the School Choice voucher as long as they qualify. We have students and families who are thriving who would’ve never had the financial resources to attend without this program. Last school year 119 students received more than $199,000 in SGO scholarships. We have seen firsthand the impact of our donors’ generous giving.
Please click here for a brochure with complete details about the program and give me a call if you have any questions.
The tax credits are still available and we appreciate every scholarship dollar we receive for our students. If you prefer to give by check, please have it postmarked or contact Amy Koenig, Director of Development, at (502) 400-5423 to make arrangements to drop off your gift at Christian Academy of Indiana by December 31. If you prefer to give online, please visit our donor page. You may also initiate a stock gift by reaching out to Jenny Wommack, Director of Philanthropy and Communications, at (502) 753-4524 or [email protected].
Have a wonderful and JOY filled Holiday season!
Merry Christmas!
