Happy New Year Christian Academy families! We have much to be thankful for this year, from the celebration of Christ’s birth, the start of a new year and the gift of partnership with your family through the Christian education of your children. 

Our school system offers Continuous Enrollment to all of our current students with the exception of our current Junior Academy 4-year-olds. Your child will remain enrolled until graduation if they are a current K-11 student. Also, your child will remain enrolled for the Junior Academy 4-year-old program if they are a current Junior Academy 3-year-old. Current Junior Academy 4-year-old students will need to apply for kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year in order to continue enrollment.

The only action you need to take is if you choose to withdraw your child’s enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. If you choose to withdraw you will need to complete the Withdrawal Form that is located in your Web Forms in FACTS Family Portal. If completed by the withdrawal date, the Business Office will not charge the Continuous Enrollment Fee to your account and will terminate your Continuous Enrollment Agreement at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. If you withdraw and at some point wish to return you will need to contact our Admissions Office to see if space is available and for next steps.    

The Continuous Enrollment withdrawal deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is January 15, 2025. After this date, the Business Office will begin finalizing your 2025-2026 FACTS Tuition Agreement. (Monthly payers will be assessed the $50 FACTS Enrollment Fee.) 

All returning families will be charged the non-refundable Continuous Enrollment Fee (per student) which will be automatically deducted through FACTS on February 28, 2025 in addition to any regularly scheduled payments.

We thank you for your trust and continued partnership as we work diligently to ensure every child at Christian Academy is supported unconditionally in a grace-filled environment and develops according to God’s will to impact the world for His glory and Kingdom. 

The Christian Academy School System Board of Directors invites you, Christian Academy families, to submit nomination forms for potential Board members who may be called to serve on the Board. As parents of Christian Academy students, you have the regular, personal contact with other parents that allows you to identify those whose hearts are committed to the purpose of Christian education and who may be inclined to serve in this capacity.

The Committee would like to remind you to obtain approval from the individual before submitting their name as a potential Board member. This will help avoid nominating someone who may not have the time or inclination to serve.

Please review the nomination requirements on the nomination form below and prayerfully consider those parents you’ve come to know over the past few years.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 10, 2025.

We continue to pride ourselves on the strength of our community, where current families as well as parents of alumni who have become Christian Academy grandparents alongside educators work together to provide the best for our students.
