Nicholasville and Wilmore, Kentucky Field Trip Details

• Wednesday, March 18
• Visiting Asbury University and Civil War Camp Nelson
• Casual Dress – Employees dress like a PD day; students can wear a school shirt and uniform bottoms, jeans or sweatpants. We will be spending some of our time outside so please dress comfortably for both inside and outside periods of time.
• Leaving at 6:30 a.m. from CAI’s Parking Lot Near the Commons Doors
• Leaving at 7 a.m. from CAL’s Circle Drive Near the Red Gym Doors
• Lunch at McDonald’s (Free for Employees; Students Pay for their own Lunch)
• Planning on Returning to CAL by 4:30 p.m.
• Planning on Returning to CAI by 5 p.m.
• Pay $20 Field Trip Fee Online Here
• Pick Up, Fill Out and Return a Completed Field Trip Registration Form to Your School Office. Deadline is Friday, March 13. Spots are Limited. First Come, First Served.
• Inform your Supervisor/Teachers about your absence from work/school on this day so you can collect any work they may want you to have ahead of time.
