ATLANTA, GA. – The SAA (Southern Athletic Association) announced the women’s lacrosse Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week and Centre’s Jacqueline Anderson (offense) and Sewanee’s Crawford Horan (defense) captured the weekly honors.
Jacqueline Anderson, a junior from Louisville, Ky., scored seven goals and had an assist to lead Centre to an 18-9 win over Millsaps on Sunday. Six of her goals came in the first half, helping the Colonels pull out to a comfortable lead early in the game. Anderson also tallied four ground balls, two draw controls, and two caused turnovers in the game.
