At Christian Academy, we are continually striving to provide the best possible experience for our students and families. To help us listen, learn and grow, we are excited to announce that we are continuing to use ParentPulse, an ongoing feedback platform for the upcoming school year.

Rather than sending a single, lengthy survey at the end of the year, you will receive brief, 5-minute surveys periodically, giving you a quick and convenient way to share your thoughts and experiences with us.

Understanding the Scoring System: When responding to survey questions, you will be asked to score various areas on a scale of 1 to 10.

• 9 – 10 (Promoters): Indicates that you are highly satisfied and actively celebrating your family’s experience at Christian Academy.
• 7 – 8 (Passives): Indicates that you are satisfied overall but see potential areas where we can improve.
• 6 and Below (Detractors): Indicates areas where we may be falling short of your expectations and need to take action to make improvements.

Why Your Feedback Matters

• Benchmarking Against Like-Minded Schools: ParentPulse allows us to compare our performance against benchmark scores from other Christian schools across the country. 
• Evaluating Item Benchmarks: Each individual item on the survey has a specific benchmark score that our team evaluates to identify localized strengths and specific areas needing attention.
• Continuous Improvement: Regular check-ins help us address feedback promptly and make timely enhancements to our programs, communication and school culture.
• Direct Communication: The platform gives us tools to follow up directly on your feedback – even on anonymous submissions – to ensure every parent feels heard.
