September 22-26, we will be celebrating the mission work being done by a former Southwest art teacher, Beth Jackson. We will be raising support for her and her husband’s ministry in Southeast Asia. Students need to bring in a $1 (or more) donation per day, to “change” our outward clothing as a reminder of the inward change God makes through Christians on the mission field (and through our students)!
We are currently accepting orders for our 2014-2015 yearbook! The yearbook will be printed and distributed before the last day of school, and students that pre-order a yearbook will be able to participate in a Yearbook Signing Party during the last week of school.·A “yearbook supplement” that includes end-of-year school events will be mailed in June with final report cards. Our yearbook is hard-bound and full color, with all areas represented – Preschool, Elementary School, and Middle Schoo...
We have additional copies of last year’s school yearbook for sale through the end of September. The 2013-2014 yearbook includes all students in Preschool through 8th grade and covers events for the entire school year. If you would like a copy, please send $30.00 (cash or check made payable to CAL) with your student in an envelope marked “13-14 yearbook” and we will send the yearbook home with your student.

Thank you for being diligent in your routines, communication and partnership.
