Dear Christian Academy Families:
After registering online, the only item that you will have to mail in or bring by the Athletic Office is a hard copy of the completed KHSAA Sports Physical Form if you do not already have a current copy on file. Your child may not practice or tryout until the online registration is complete and the physical is turned in to the athletic office. The online registration will place your child on the coach’s official roster. The deadline to register is October 12.

To sign up for winter sports please do the following:
1. Click on the following link to visit your family’s Admissions Portal: http://caschools.schooladminonline.com/portal/authenticate/8bd4581c
2. Select ‘Create an Account’ and fill out all of the fields to create your personal user account.
3. After logging in, if you do not see your child listed, you may select “Enter Authentication Code” so that you can access your forms.
4. Click on the View Checklist link to the right of your child’s name.
5. Click on the Complete Form link to the right of “MS/HS Winter Sports – Kentucky”
6. Complete the form and click the Submit button.

Remember: A current KHSAA Sports Physical Form must be submitted to theAthletic Director. You will be invoiced for the athletic fees and team fees at a later date.
