Now is the time to start planning for the 2022-2023 sports seasons! Online registration is now open for fall, winter and spring sports! CAL Athletics strongly encourages all of our student-athletes to participate in multiple sports throughout the school year. Elementary Intramural registration will be sent out in a separate email at a later date.

After registering online, the only item that you will have to mail in or bring by the athletic office is a hard copy of the completed KHSAA Sports Physical Form (click for Middle School or High School) if you do not already have a current copy on file. Your child may not practice or tryout until the online registration is complete and the physical is turned in to the athletic office. The online registration will place your child on the coach’s official roster.
Online Registration Instructions
Log in to FACTS Family Portal.
Click Web Forms | 2022-23 ES Fall Sports Registration or 2022-23 ES Winter Sports Registration or 2022-23 ES Spring Registration
Open and complete the registration form for each child you wish to register.
Sign the form and click SAVE and then you should receive the following “Web Form Saved.”
The online registration process has been designed to be quick and easy.

Remember: A current KHSAA Sports Physical Form (click for Middle School or High School) must be submitted to the Athletic Director. You will be invoiced for the athletic fees (High School-$250 / Middle School-$200) and team fees (TBD) at a later date.
