Christian Academy of Louisville Families – Now is the time to start planning for the 2026-2027 sports seasons! Online registration is now open for fall, winter and spring sports. CAL Athletics strongly encourages all of our student-athletes to participate in multiple sports throughout the school year. As a reminder, each athlete may only participate in one team sport per season. Elementary Intramural Registration will be sent out in a separate email at a later date.

Registering online adds your athlete to the coach’s roster. You will also need to submit your athlete’s KHSAA Sports Physical to the athletic office (click for Middle School or High School) if you do not already have a current copy on file. Student athletes may not try out, practice or participate in games until the online registration is complete and the physical is turned in to the athletic office.
Online Registration Instructions
Log in to FACTS Family Portal.
Click Web Forms | 2026-27 ES Fall Sports Registration or 2026-27 ES Winter Sports Registration or 2026-27 ES Spring Registration
Open and complete the registration form for each child you wish to register.
Sign the form and click SAVE and then you should receive the following, “Web Form Saved.”
The online registration process has been designed to be quick and easy.

Remember: A current KHSAA Sports Physical Form (click for Middle School or High School) must be submitted to the Athletic Department. You will be invoiced for the athletic fees (High School-$275 / Elementary and Middle School-$225) and team fees (TBD) at a later date.
