CAL Athletics is pleased to announce Audrey Able as the new head varsity cheerleading coach. Able has a strong background in dance, gymnastics, and cheerleading, and has four years of gymnastics and cheer coaching experience. Able also cheered in college at Johnson University in Knoxville, TN.

“I wanted to coach at CAL because the school not only has a reputation for excellence, but also allows me to invest in the spiritual lives of student athletes. I want the girls to have fun and promote school spirit while being a high level competitive team,” said Able.

CAL Director of Athletics, Brad Morgan said, “We are very excited to have Coach Able leading our cheerleading program. Her enthusiasm mixed with her background in cheer and gymnastics make her a great fit for CAL Cheer.”

“I look forward to getting to know the girls and helping them achieve their goals,” said Coach Able. “They are a very talented group and we will have a fun and successful year.”

Audrey is currently doing an internship with Christian Alliance for Orphans, and recently married Ryne Able, who is the associate sports minister at Southeast Christian Church.
